Nicole brings more than five years of operations experience to The Fairness Project, specializing in transforming big progressive ideas into reality.

Nicole’s background in politics started at James Madison University where she earned her BA in International Affairs, Latin American Culture, and Spanish language. It was there she became passionate about issues including racial and environmental justice. After graduating, Nicole moved to D.C. and has been working to support high-impact organizations ever since. Previously at The State Department and 270 Strategies, Nicole works to build operational infrastructure to ensure organizations have a strong foundation to thrive and reach their highest potential. 

Nicole has lived in the Washington, D.C. area her entire life and loves cooking up spicy recipes, seeing live music, and hiking in the Shenandoah Valley with her pup.
